Two Early October Meetings at AABS

October 11: An Evening with Walter Pall A Joint Meeting of Ann Arbor Bonsai Society and Four Seasons Bonsai Club will be held from 6:30-9:00 at the Matthaei Botanical Gardens. Walter’s theme will be Tree Inspiration. Members of both clubs should bring one or several trees to the public critique. The trees can be in all stages of development: outright raw material, intermediate and finished bonsai. They can be in all variations of quality: very poor, normal, very good. Walter will mainly speak about artistic concepts and stress points which go beyond the regular well known rules. He will also speak in depth about horticultural aspects.
